Your appointments are very important to our Blue Orchid Salon and Spa team of professionals. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 24-hour notice. This way, our team of professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or "no shows" become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:

• Less than12 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)
• "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of service amount

As a courtesy, we do call and/or email to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If we are unable to reach you and only leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.

Blue Orchid Salon & Spa offers 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our services. If you are not happy with your service, and contact us within 7 days of your original appointment, you will receive a complimentary re-do service. (Instances may vary.)

Blue Orchid Salon and Spa Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates should be treated as cash. All sales are final; Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason. To provide maximum protection to your credit card account, and to allow time for your order to process, our printable Gift Certificates become active and may be redeemed 24 hours after purchase. Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates contain value that may be used to purchase merchandise and services, however they cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or e-gift certificates.

Please present your Blue Orchid Salon and Spa Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates upon departure and your sale will be deducted from your card’s balance. All remaining balances must remain on your card; no cash value; cannot be redeemed for cash. Blue Orchid Salon and Spa is not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorization. All products purchased from Blue Orchid Salon & Spa are NON-REFUNDABLE NOR RETURNABLE. 

All Blue Orchid Salon & Spa (B.O.S.S.) package purchases are non-refundable. Once purchased, the amount spent on the package cannot be altered or moved to a different service within the salon and spa. Packages have a one year expiration date, and can be used with any selected service provider in the salon and spa.

At Blue Orchid Salon & Spa, a booking deposit of 25% is required for the following services: services booked online priced at $60 or more, hair extensions, bridal parties, groups of 3 or more scheduling for a same-time appointment, and all massage and facial services. The amount of the deposit will be added in full toward your total service purchase for the day. A deposit is kept if our cancellation policy is violated.

Blue Orchid Salon & Spa cancellation policy is as follows: Clients must call to cancel an appointment that has had a deposit placed on it at least 48 hours prior to the appointment date. If a client fails to inform the company with the required amount of notice, the deposit placed on that appointment will be kept.
